
Ixrrael Montes
(Oaxaca, México, 1971)
He is a painter and sculptor graduated from the School of Fine Arts, Oaxaca. His work is influenced by African and Mixtec art, in it you can see the animals and the vegetation of his environment, as well as the color of his land and the passion of his people. The art of Ixrael Montes reflects the different stages of color: the reds, the blues, the yellows and tones of the earth in a single piece. He has exhibited in important museums in Mexico, Japan, the United States and Argentina.
