Strokes and Diluted Colors
As part of the unveiling of the mural "Trazos y Colores Diluidos" Galería de los Sapos, it shows a series of outstanding works by the Poblana artist Rita Granados, mostly mixed on large-format steel sheets, ducts on paper, wood acrylics and talavera.
Rita Granados is a visual artist whose work has focused on research and plastic experimentation, in her technique, she has innovated in the use of materials, especially with the pictorial techniques developed on large sheets of aluminum and other metals, which intervene to generate records abstract and highly expressive pictorial paintings associated with international contemporary painting. Likewise, she is deeply in love with Puebla and its cultural and social richness, as evidenced by her work with traditional talavera techniques applied to contemporary designs and her link with the social causes of the region.








Her style is varied, so he connects with global trends of abstraction, on other occasions with drawing and the human figure, as well as design practices.
